Shibho Technologies builds software products and provides custom software development, web applications, SaaS product development, enterprise software, business portals, AI and automation, integrations, cloud applications, modernisation, data platforms, and maintenance and support services.

FitCircle (joinfitcircle.com) is a digital platform designed and developed by Shibho Technologies that connects fitness businesses, professionals, wellness providers and communities. Your use of FitCircle is also subject to any additional terms, policies or notices published on joinfitcircle.com or within the FitCircle apps.
- FitCircle uses one-time passwords (OTPs) sent by SMS to verify your mobile number. By signing up or logging in, you consent to receiving these messages. They are sent using DLT-registered sender IDs and templates in line with TRAI regulations.
- You are responsible for keeping your account and OTPs confidential, and for activity carried out through your account.
- Listings, profiles, offers and other content on FitCircle may be provided by independent businesses and professionals. They are responsible for their own services, and you should use your own judgement before booking or relying on them.
- FitCircle does not provide medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any fitness, nutrition or treatment programme.
6. Intellectual property
The Website and its content, including text, graphics, designs, layouts, software and the Shibho Technologies and FitCircle names and logos, are owned by or licensed to Shibho Technologies Private Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view and print pages for your own personal or internal business reference. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish or create derivative works from any content, or use our names or logos, without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
